Welcome to my page! My name is Dan. I have been a professional caricaturist and illustrator for over 7 years. Within that time, I have drawn thousands of caricatures and portraits for clients throughout the tri state area. Some of the clients I have had in the past include BCB Bank, Deloitte Bank and the Make a Wish Foundation. I have drawn at a variety of events. I am mainly hired for weddings, corporate events and birthday parties! Terms and conditions: - Client must provided me with a small table and three chairs. I will arrive half an hour early to set up at events. Having a table and chairs prepared for me will reduce my set up time greatly. - Client must inform their guests about my start and stop times. This way, guests can get their drawings within the specific time I have been hired for and the maximum amount of drawings may be produced. I will stay for longer if client agrees to pay myself to stay longer. -I will only draw single portraits live at events. This allows myself to draw as many guests within the hours of the event as possible. I can draw up to 22 black and white caricatures per hour. I can draw up to 11 colored caricatures per hour. - I will have an email list made for guests at each event. If I am requested to draw a couple or group caricature, I can make the drawing virtually for the guest. The guest can email me reference photos and I will send them their caricature virtually. The drawing can be made in black and white or in color. - Client must pay me a deposit to secure my appearance at their event. The deposit is half of my total rate for the event. I will only mark an event in my calendar once I have confirmed receiving a deposit from a client. I must be paid the balance up front before I begin to draw. I can accept the balance of my fee when I arrive half an hour earlier to the venue to set myself up. - If a specialty portrait is requested, client must provide me with 3 to 4 reference photos at the time of the event booking. This will allow for me to create the highest quality illustration for the guest of honor possible. - I will always ask permission from the client to accept tips from guests and to pass out my contact information. I will not accept tips from guests if the client has not given permission to do so. - All pictures taken, of drawings or guests holding their drawings, will be take with consent. No photos will be taken otherwise. Also, guests under the age of 18 will only be photographed with parent or guardian consent. - If the event is cancelled, the full deposit can be refunded if notified a week in advance. If notified 3 days or less in advance only half of the deposit will be refunded. The other half will be kept as a cancellation fee. -If the event has a rain date, I will adjust my calendar to reflect this change. Thank you for stopping by !
