Inspired by portrait art, Peter is an artist who loves to draw, paint, and capture the essence of an individual. He is passionate about creating a likeness when drawing caricatures, having drawn countless people at all night parties, corporate events, and special occasions for over twenty years. Peter graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a BFA in painting and drawing. He also has his MAT in art education. For the better part of the past ten years, Peter has been immersed in teaching art at almost every level in the Grosse Pointe Public Schools, deciding to leave at the end of the 2011-2012 academic year. Seeing so much wonderful and varied student artwork inspired him to follow his dream of establishing, and cultivating his own art studio.
