When you want Sarah Brightman, Adele, Michael Buble, or Josh Groban, but don't want to spend a $250K to hire them for your event, you call me! Sophisticated and elegant, glitzy, showy, and far from stuffy, there will be something for everyone in your audience. I will perform as a soloist with accompaniment tracks or add other musicians and singers as necessary. I'm a classically-trained singer and my dynamic shows can include nearly any combination of music to suit your needs. Jazz, Crossover, French Jazz, Neapolitan songs, Opera, Musical Theater, and Pop songs we all know and love are all part of my repertoire! I currently tour and perform my shows all over the world as a headliner on luxury cruise lines but I live right here in Tampa! I've premiered my show in NYC and in Atlantic City, opened for famous comedians like my recent Summer performances with Paul Reiser. I've toured with Broadway musicals, and as the soprano soloist with Josh Groban as well as Sarah Brightman. I've made my musical mark alongside some of the most influential people in the business but off-stage, I'm just as fun and easy-going as I am professional and experienced! I also perform an upscale show which can include 1930-contemporary jazz, pop, musical theatre and light opera. When requested, in contrast to the elegance of my Popera show, I often feature a torch-singer 40's-style "character" called Chanteuse who is Miss December 2011 in the Ybor Cigar Girls Pin-Up Calendar. She sings a few fun Christmas songs (at any time of the year; she is Miss December, after all!) and 1940's jazz. She is a classic WWII era pin-up. I only perform as Chanteuse when requested. I hold a Master of Music with a concentration in Voice; I've sung with Josh Groban, Goo Goo Dolls, Sarah Brightman and on Broadway tours, and have sung many professionally operas; I'm a sight-reader; songwriter, piano, studio singer, music theorist, professional choral soprano, teach private voice and piano instruction, direct youth theater and show-choirs, Diction/IPA-trained in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Latin, Hebrew, Somali, And I can even add a little humor by juggling (one & two-handed), and balancing objects on my nose! I also have a secondary degree in Speech disorders with an emphasis on singer's vocal health and anatomy.
