Prepared to travel anywhere in the US and internationally, Peter has lectured and been a speaker in Europe at several business schools in Vienna and Munich. Born in England, Peter has travelled to over 80 countries and lived in 13 cities in 8 countries – so far! Peter's talks specialise in the subject of building relationships with stellar customers and has a six-step process that he shares. He recently published his first book and has a web-based app that uses his unique process that can also be used on iOS and android devices. He draws on his extensive marketing and client service experience having worked with major consumer brands such as Cadbury's, Coca-Cola, Marlboro, McDonald's and Intel. Material he shares includes how to add real value to customer relationships, building strategic partnerships and marketing with your customer. Using humour and numerous real life examples, his talks are lively and passionate and involve the audience. He started his career with Cadbury-Schweppes in the UK in a sales position having obtained a Business Management Degree at East Hertfordshire University. Peter moved to Bahrain with Philip Morris as Area Marketing Director for the Middle East to pioneer new markets and consolidate market leadership. He lived there for 11 years during which he re-joined Coca-Cola as Region Marketing Manager to pioneer the re-entry of Coca-Cola into the Middle East, after its absence of 22 years. In 1993 he moved to Vienna, Austria to head up a new Division of The McDonald's Group and help McDonald's (Coca-Cola's No. 1 customer) to build their operations in the Middle East, Africa, and India and throughout Central Europe. Peter moved to Munich in 2004 to become General Manager of the Munch office for Creata, a premium sales promotion company and in May 2008 moved to Creata's Chicago office and appointed Vice President for Global Business Development. In 2011, promoted to Senior Vice President to SVP-Client Services, Strategic Planning & Communications to spearhead new management initiatives. In 2012, Peter formed ConnXN LLC which focuses on Growing Customer Relationships that Matter. We specialize in helping companies identify, build and maintain their key customer relationships so that they can protect & grow their business. Peter played semi-professional soccer. Is the proud father of a 31 yr old son who graduated with a Physics Degree with Honours at Warwick University in the UK. Re-married, he has an 15-year-old daughter and 12 year old son with his American wife Shelley and they currently reside in Apple Valley, MN., a suburb south of the Twin Cities. He works out, follows all sports especially soccer and has an X-Box. He took up golf 20 years ago is the proud holder of a 10.5 handicap. He is very competitive about everything!
