Though classically trained, my performance preferences are for Broadway, Standards, Great American Songbook. Honored to have recently toured UK with original music by British Songwriter, David Kent, and developing a strong International following. I work from my home base in Fort Lauderdale, and travel where I'm wanted! I have several cabaret shows with live accompaniment available from piano to trio or more, as well as "track" shows that I perform mostly on the condo circuit, as well as private and corporate events, from board rooms to galleries to cruise ships, the show travels anywhere there is an audience! The music I perform is from Broadway, standards, and covers of great music from contemporary musicians like Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli and others. The music I choose comes from as far back as tin pan alley (the Gershwins) as well as the music of today. And the show is always up beat, fun, and even inspirational at times. I seek to provide the type of entertainment that makes people tap their toes and walk out singing, with a smile on their face! My customer feedback scores on Gigmasters, a perfect score for over three years now, attests to my professionalism in delivering what my customers want from an entertainer, and I take pride in being professinal, on time, dressed well, and with a collection of music that will make your event one people will remember! The show is a simple one, me, a microphone, and some of the most beautiful music in the world. I sing the songs that touch people's hearts, whether they are from Broadway, Pop, Standards, etc. My goal with each performance is to bring back some cherished memories, maybe a laugh or two, maybe even a tear, in a good kind of way, and to leave the audience feeling uplifted and entertained when it is all over with. The feedback I get is always positive, people have a good time,. enjoy the song selection and the delivery. I tend to bond with my audience, which I enjoy, it makes the performance something special. My background includes a conservatory education with major in vocal music performance, combined with over 30 years of experience on stage in productions ranging from drama, musical theatre, panto, opera, oratorio, and concert settings. I've performed with several opera companies as well as regional, local, and community theatres. I've toured, worked on Broadway showcases, and have performed at all the major venues in South Florida. My cabaret show has been out touring the South Florida tri-county area (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami Dade counties) for two years now. I'm hoping to expand the area in which I peform to an international level.
