Bossa5 has been a favorite in the NYC/New Jersey area for over a decade, putting a modern twist on Bossa Nova (Jazz Samba,) spiced with Latin Jazz, jazz standards, and select pop tunes. The band has done it all, playing at clubs, restaurants, hotels, festivals and private events — from small gatherings to large galas. Bossa5's standard lineup is a 5-piece band: vocals/keyboard, sax/flute, guitar, bass, drums. The band can offer a smaller configuration or scale up, as the venue requires. Bossa's catchy melodies, syncopated rhythms and lush harmonies are perfect for restaurants or cocktail hour, and the band can add percussionists, dancers/dance instructors to get your people up and moving at larger events or parties!
