Dave was flexible, professional and is a talented musician. He provided truly excellent entertainment for me for two events in one week. I would not absolutely not hesitate to hire him again. Dave arrives on time, sets up his equipment, is low key and easy to work with.

Honestly people, I never gush and I can not remember the last time I have given anyone a 5 star rating, but I would be lying if I did not give The Dave Keyes Band top ratings. The recordings you hear on this site are exactly what you get. Fantastic vocals backed by awesome musicians, and great personality. We did not have a dance party, but I'm CONFIDENT they can rock a dance floor! We hired Dave for our Corporate Event (10/17/12) held on a beach to play the Blues during our Clambake, the sun setting and a bonfire. What a match! I heard nothing but good things from our staff. No need to question their talent. Here, experience equals SIZZLING!

Hired Dave for a "Blues Party" and it was a great hit. Dave is a great talent who can keep the crowd engaged and entertained. He is a pro and a nice guy, too.

The Dave Keyes Band just played at my wedding reception on 6/2/12, and everyone is still talking about their amazing performance! Dave was so cool, organized, and professional, and he agreed to emcee the reception too, which helped us a lot. He was also fantastic about learning some specially requested songs beforehand. As for talent, Dave is an incredible singer and piano/keyboard player, and every member of his band is amazing (the band included a drummer, guitarist, sax player, and bassist). Everyone was dancing to their infectious blues music! You won't regret hiring this band! He plays around NYC quite a bit too, so you should check out one of his gigs :)
