The Gents are gentlemen. They came on time, were responsive to our requests, and played to the full enjoyment of our guests. These Bluegrass folks aren't knee slapping and loud, but their grasp of the nuances of Bluegrass was excellent.

The Carolina Gents played the music for our July 4th wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and they were INCREDIBLE. Like uproarious applause between the prelude music and the start of the processional music incredible. We had guests buy their CD right then and there! Having met in NC, bluegrass means a lot to my husband and I. The Gents played everything we wanted them to play, beautifully and awesomely. As the bride, I only wish I had gotten to listen to them as much as the wedding guests!

The Carolina Gents were an absolute pleasure to work with, and are incredibly talented and authentic sounding. They played the perfect accompaniment to our Tullamore D.E.W. consumer event in a venue that doesn't even normally play music, worked well with our AV crew, showed up on time, and even agreed to play an additional set on top of what was agreed (for an additional fee, of course). Everyone in attendance was singing my praises for booking them.
I'd recommend these guys to ANYONE looking for a bluegrass/celtic style band for whatever kind of event, Well worth every penny.

Can't say enough about what these guys did to help make our wedding the amazing event that it was. They blew it out of the water, impressing even my mom (who kind of hates bluegrass). Beautiful singing, beautiful music, and the most accommodating and professional young men you could hope to work with. They learned 3 songs for us, including one for our first dance that we threw on them last minute. They literally learned a song in 10 minutes and played it like they've known it for years. All anybody could say was...wow. Thanks guys!
