Black Canyon Ramblers Bluegrass Band from Gunnison, CO

The Black Canyon Ramblers band is based out of the Gunnison Valley of Colorado, home to one of the most spectacular geological formations in the United States: the Black Canyon. The Ramblers specialize in traditional acoustic bluegrass, folk, country and Americana music and have played numerous venues such as the I-Bar in Gunnison, the Mallardi Theatre in Crested Butte, opened for the L'il Smokies at the Crested Butte Chili & Beer Fest, opened for the Wailers at Ambush Ranch (Crested Butte), the Double Shot Cyclery in Gunnison, Butte 66 in Crested Butte and other local venues. Pricing depends on number of sets needed, round-trip drive time and any lodging and other expenses. The Ramblers can provide their own sound equipment when necessary and there is an extra charge for providing complete sound gear and a sound engineer. A starting rule of thumb for pricing is $1,000 per hour plus expenses; however, extensive travel times, lodging, etc can significantly affect the overall budgeting.
