Our base package includes professional bar service for up to four hours, complete with a variety of cup sizes (12oz, 9oz, and 1oz for shots), straws, and coolers to keep beverages perfectly chilled. We provide a comprehensive shopping list tailored to your event, as well as insurance for peace of mind. Travel within 60 miles of Downtown Reno is included, and we’ll handle all the preparation and setup with a stylish, functional bar. To ensure every detail aligns with your vision, we offer personalized one-on-one alignment calls via Zoom or phone. For events with over 50 guests, an additional bartender. To enhance your experience, we offer a variety of additional services at an extra cost. These include extra bartenders, extended bar service for up to two additional hours, and a self-serve water station with plastic cups. We can also supply all the ice needed for cocktails and beverages. For mixers, we offer a Basic Mixer Package featuring popular options like Coke, Diet Coke, ginger ale, soda water, tonic water, lime juice, lemon juice, and agave/simple syrup, or a Signature Mixer Package with custom mixers and garnishes tailored for signature drinks (pricing may vary depending on complexity). If desired, we provide table wine service to offer wine to guests during dinner and champagne toast service, where we pour champagne and provide plastic flutes for a celebratory toast. For events requiring multiple bar stations, such as cocktail hour or reception, we can also set up an additional bar location. As a dry hire mobile bar, we ask clients to fulfill their side of the agreement to ensure a flawless experience. The client is responsible for supplying the alcohol, mixers, and garnishes based on the provided shopping list, and is expected to have a complete inventory ready prior to the event. Unless you chose the additional add on for The Bar Band to supply the ice, mixers and garnishes. Additionally, all guests being served alcohol must be over 21 years old and provide valid identification if requested at any time during the event.
