Smoking Gun Bar Staffing Bartender from Simi Valley, CA

We are a California based event staffing company specializing in bar staff and wait staff. We service as far north as Paso Robles and SLO county or Visalia and Kern county, as far east as Palm Springs/ Big Bear and as far south as San Diego. We have full teams in each location and no matter where you live there is absolutely no "drive time" charge added, with the staff being local to you. We also offer ice service, mobile bars, glassware, prep cook/sous chefs, security, full insurance coverage with no extra charge for "additionally insureds" and full service (we bring the drinks) for much less than any all-inclusive venue or other company! We are an exclusive or preferred vendor for many different venues and are familiar with hundreds more across the state. We also work closely with many different coordinators and are recommended by them all, with the list growing constantly due to our professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail prior and during the event and our "easy to work with" friendly approach. Background, origin and owner: We were established in 2017 after running another large staffing company and having no control over quality. Our name is derived from our most common signature cocktail, the smoked jalapeno pineapple margarita, where we bring our "smoking gun" and give the drink a delicious smoked flavor. (The gun is available upon request and can be used for other drinks as well). My name is Luke Miller, owner and founder; I have an extensive background in the bar, restaurant and hospitality industry. I started as a barback at age 18 and have bartended many clubs, bars and hundreds, if not thousands, of events. I have also taught and managed multiple bartending schools. I still go to as many events as I possibly can myself because doing events is my passion, whether it is serving, bartending or coordination. I love nothing more than meeting new people and connecting with other vendors. I am always going to be the point of contact for your event and am here to provide you with a personal consultation and go over every single detail from top to bottom. I am also happy to help you come up with signature drinks and provide you with a detailed shopping list if you are providing the alcohol, with suggestions on places to buy certain things to cut cost. I have teamed up with great DJs, photo booth companies, food catering of every style, rentals, valet, decor, casino rentals, coordination, entertainment of any kind (circus acts, magic, karaoke, live bands, pre ceremony acoustical or woodwind, dancing, aerialists, fire/tribal, children's entertainment, petting zoos/animals and much more) in every region!! All consultations and advice is absolutely FREE. What separates us from others? Large cheap staffing companies: We may be a large and growing company with prices that might seem so reasonable that you are deterred by thinking it comes with a lower quality. This is NOT TRUE in our case. Unlike big staffing companies for the same price (or higher), we do not send anybody that has not been screened and trained by ourselves. Large companies might typically hire just about anyone and everyone, often without even meeting them, just to put bodies on jobs. This might be okay for some larger contracts if they get one bad staff here and there but it is never okay with us and it shouldn't be okay with you. This is why many other companies also use our staff. Whether it be food caterers that focus on making delicious food and don't have time to train waiters or other bartending companies that don't have time to train bartenders, they both have to trust that anybody representing them is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and punctual- that is our reputation. Overpriced, all-inclusive catering companies: These companies usually do a good job and make good food. However, we know that we offer the same quality service, if not superior, for sometimes half the price. We also take pride in meeting and tasting the food from hundreds of independent catering companies. This allows me to match you with the perfect company for your food. An all-inclusive catering company might make good food that has a big range of styles but a food company that specializes in a single style will make that food better, and most likely for less.
