Thank you for your kind words Margot. It was a beautiful DIY reception with lots of family chipping-in. Unfortunately, for whatever reason (and unbeknownst to me) the couple chose to delete the planned dessert, cake table w/cloth from the rental order; and no dessert display trays or stands were provided by the couple or guests who brought desserts. Without warning the couple moved the dessert service time up by nearly 45 minutes while our crew was in the midst of bussing, scraping/rinsing dinnerware. So there was a quick dash to move desserts into service. We re-purposed the rustic app table for the boxed desserts. So we did our best on it. Sincerely, KevinReview by Mary G.
