If it were possible to give a zero star rating I would. Not only did I attempt by phone, email and text to reach Mid-Atlantic Bartenders for two days prior to the event with NO success. I had an increased number of attendees and wanted to check the bar supply list. The evening arrived and the bartender never showed up. I had made a deposit for half of the total charge and now would like to have my money back but have received nothing. It was very disappointing to have 50 people in my home for a very special occasion and not have everything perfect. I would advise that NO ONE use this company EVER!

The client cancelled event 2 days prior and as per my refund policy I offered her a credit for the amount of the deposit that she could use for any future event. That wasn't good enough.
