Ciel was hired for our end of year children's church picnic. She was so warm and patient with the children and her balloons were so fun and unique. I would highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Ceil arrived on time, set up quickly, and got right to work. The kids all seemed very delighted with their balloons, and her activity tent was filled with eager youngsters throughout the entirety of our 3 hour fundraiser. She had some interesting balloon designs, not just the usual doggies and flowers, and I would definitely recommend her to a friend looking for a balloon twister for their event.

Balloons by Ciel was incredible. Our students and parents were still raving about them the day after our event. They are incredibly talented, and everyone was simply blown away by their creations. I can't wait to book my next event with them! One of my parents asked if I could have an event multiple times a year just so I would have them come back! I look forward to working with them again!
