Chicago rock/blues singer Lauren Wolf and The Lauren Wolf Band are everything that made pure rock artists like Janis Joplin timelessly successful. The LWB started as an original rock band and continues down that path, but this four-piece band can entertain any crowd and puts a spin on cover songs like no one else can. The Lauren Wolf Band is the 2012 national winner of the Live Nation Battle of the Bands where they beat out 150+ bands across the country. The band is quickly gaining a following locally, nationally and internationally. Lauren's powerhouse vocals are compared to the likes of Janis Joplin, Grace Potter and Joss Stone. Patrick Dugan on guitar is electrifying. The combination of the two makes you feel like you might have just taken a time machine right back to Woodstock. On the drums is Philippine native Mervin Dimailig. Do not let Mervin's shy demeanor fool you. When this bad boy gets on stage, watch out for some intense rock beats and stylings. Rounding out the band is Bill Marzano on bass. Bill's funky grooves polish off The LWB's classic but unique sound -- creating a show that makes people always wanting encores. The Lauren Wolf Band will work with you to build a set list of your liking. They can perform any cover of YOUR choosing and will add their unique rock/blues style. The band does not need a list of songs for you to choose from because YOU make the list and then we will choose the songs together. It is YOUR special moment and you should be the one who gets to set the mood. They can play anything from The Rolling Stones to Pink to Bruno Mars to classic standards to Phish to The Black Keys to Journey to YOU name it! FOR NO ADDITIONAL FEE, they will also DJ in between sets and throughout the night if additional songs are requested. Anything from techno to songs from another country. Anything to keep the party going! The band is also available for ceremony and cocktail hours (acoustic or full band). ****For an additional package fee, Lauren will provide ALL your planning for your big day. Everything from your dress to the venue to the flowers to the music will be provided for half of the cost of a traditional planner. Not only do you get the premiere rock band in Chicago, but you also get all your needs taken care of in one booking. A day of event organizer is used the day of the event for no additional cost.
