A creative, versatile musician, she also carries on her resume an artist endorsement from respected equipment manufacturer Dean Markley for her solid work on the slide guitar.... she can really rip it up! Ms. Lee is a serious, talented, musical artist whose original songs and lyrics strongly touch almost all of the people who have the opportunity to hear her music. Vikki is highly respected in the musical community and many talented musicians have played on her recorded work, including guitar legend, Albert Lee, Rockabilly Hall of Fame member, Glen Glenn, and American musical icon and Grammy winner, Ramblin' Jack Elliott. Pat Campbell (Electric & Acoustic bass) hails from Stockton, CA & cut his teeth on different music styles. He met Jerry Garcia during a work shop at the Marin County Bluegrass Festival in 1974 & recorded with the Good Old Boys on their 1975 "Pistol Packin' Mama" album produced by Jerry Garcia with Don Reno, Chubby Wise, Frank Wakefield & David Nelson. Pat's Bass playing can be heard on numerous Americana & alt-country recordings. Pat has recorded and/or performed with close friend John Herald of The Geenbriar Boys who wrote "Moneyland" the title track on Del McCoury's Moneyland CD, Big Joe Turner, Michael Bloomfield, Jerry Garcia, Mark Naftalin, Bernie Leadon of The Eagles, Rose Maddox, Ramblin' Jack Elliott & long time friends Joe New & Tommy Tutone. Pat was the upright bass player in the Coastal Rep Theater & Vagabond Player's productions of "Always Patsy Cline" & the San Jose Stage concert of "Cumberland Blues" featuring songs by Jerry Garcia & Robert Hunter. Pat says his Bass playing is all about feel & "playing within the groove." Kurt Huget (Guitar/Vocals) Kurt Huget has been a mainstay of the Bay Area music scene for many years, working professionally as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, and as a volunteer performer for the Bread & Roses organization. His alt-country and roots-rock band, Moonlight Rodeo, has released two CDs of all-original material. The latest release, "Rio Lindo," features songs that Kurt co-wrote with Robert Hunter, legendary lyricist for the Grateful Dead. had the following to say about this CD: "It's the vocals that give the band identity, and Huget sings lyrics that sound influenced by Robert Hunter even when he isn't the credited wordsmith. That should be good news to Grateful Dead fans who enjoy Hunter's elliptical lines with their fractured aphorisms. They should think of this disc as a descendant of the Dead's "cowboy song" mini-sets and imagine it's Bob Weir singing instead of Huget, which shouldn't be so hard, since his timbre and phrasing are not dissimilar to Weir's. This album is a good example of the still-thriving style of Marin County country, and it's worth seeking out." Kurt has taken these songs on the road, as a solo performer, across America and Northern Europe. In his performances, you'll hear a musical cross-section of alt-country with elements of the blues, rock, bluegrass, and jazz added to the mix. Chris Lockheed (Drums.Vocals) Chris has toured the world with the likes of The Tubes, Van Morrison, Lightning Hopkins, and John Lee Hooker. Also reknown for his membership in such notables as Blue Cheer, Goose Creek Symphony and The New Riders of the Purple Sage, Chris has recorded for many national labels such as Epic, Columbia, Capitol, Universal and Sony.
