This early start laid a solid foundation for his musical career. In addition to his formal education, William Gati has maintained an active career in music. He has recorded several albums, with one of the most noteworthy being “Bill Gati and the Roaring 20’s Band 8 by 8.” This indicates his involvement in performing and possibly arranging or composing music, with a focus on the jazz genre or styles reminiscent of the 1920s era. Furthermore, William Gati has also performed in a film, playing the organist in “First Reformed.” This highlights his versatility as a musician, capable of performing in a variety of settings, from recording studios to film. Presently, he plays the organ for the Church of Christ, Science in Flushing, NY, showcasing his ongoing commitment to music and performance. Overall, William Gati’s background in music is marked by a combination of rigorous formal education, professional recording and performance experiences, and an ongoing engagement with music through performances at various venues.
