Instrumental Acoustic Guitarist / One-Man-Band / Jazz Fusion Quartet I am a solo guitarist and I offer Live Instrumental Background Music for Corporate events, Private events, Gallery Openings, Wine Bars, Restaurants, Wineries, Marketing events & Fundraisers, Festivals, both as a solo musician, and additionally in the duo, trio or 4-piece jazz fusion quartet format. BACKGROUND MUSIC GROUP Specialty Musicians providing Live Music for Events & Venues I Specialize in Live Background Music ALL PERFORMANCES Are DIGITAL – So I can COMPLETELY CONTROL the VOLUME of the performance, including with my 4-piece Jazz Fusion band where we utilize Electronic Drums so we can control the sound so your guests can have conversations at a normal volume. ALL PERFORMANCES Are INSTRUMENTAL – (unless requested otherwise) So there will be no random vocal distractions for your guests, the music will be in the Background and complement your event. I offer a variety of musician combinations and can accommodate a number of musical needs. Services that I provide are summarized as follows: SOLO ACOUSTIC INSTRUMENTAL GUITARIST This is a totally acoustic guitar performance of instrumental fingerstyle arrangements of well-known pop, rock, jazz and folk standards. This performance can either be un-amplified or amplified, and is perfect for events that want that wine-tasting level of entertainment. INSTRUMENTAL ONE-MAN-BAND This Background Music performance is enhanced through the use of Digital Looping, synchronized A.I. Drum Machines and Roland’s GR-55 guitar synthesizer. The music WILL be instrumental arrangements of pop, rock and jazz music and the performance can either be at wine tasting volume or more up-front for larger events. This performance will either be Solo or Duo with my Bassist, depending on the size and duration of your event. Although this is Not a dance band format, the music Will be catchy toe tapping music. The performance is built LIVE and is uniquely created from scratch each time; No backing tracks are used; No two performances are ever exactly the same. This unique performance will offer synthesizer instrument recreations of Saxophones, Violins, Brass and Wood Horns, Piano, and will sound like an entire band or orchestra is playing; your Guests will Love this Virtual Music Experience! 4-PIECE JAZZ FUSION QUARTET For larger events and events where an actual band in desired, my Fully Digital 4-Piece Jazz Fusion Band is available to preform unique instrumental arrangements of west coast, smooth jazz tunes that will complement any event. This performance can either be at wine tasting volume that still allows for conversation or totally up-front for larger events. ADDITIONALLY For those events where you desire a different look or vocals, I can perform with a different line up of musicians to create a: Duo – 2 guitars or guitar & keyboard or base Or Trio – 2 guitars and keyboard, or 2 guitars and base You will also be able to visit my website for more info once you request a Quote or Contact me. WE ARE SELF-CONTAINED: We will provide an appropriate PA Sound System for your venue. We offer a Second Bluetooth Speaker to extend the performance to another room or outdoor location. We only require a small footprint to perform and can set up just about anywhere there is access to at least one 3-pronged outlet. MISCELLANEOUS: For outdoor performances, a shady location to perform or covering plan and a contingency plan for inclement weather will be discussed in advance of your event. We can also have a Vendor Liability Insurance Policy of $2,000,000; Please let us know in advance if a certificate of insurance is required for your event. We also do have a limited ability to use battery powered equipment that can be discussed in advance of your event. PERFORMANCE QUOTES: I have a MINIMUM FEE of: $350 for Solo Acoustic Performances $500 for One-Man-Band Performances And $900 for 4-Piece Jazz Fusion Quartet Performances After that pricing is calculated on the duration / type of event / location / date selected (and number of additional musicians, if any) A Deposit will be required to Reserve a date. Please Note: you will always be able to find a performer for less than I charge; in fact, I may be one of your higher quotes. However, my over 40 years of experience, professional performance and appearance, digital pro audio equipment to control the sound level and comprehensive attention to detail, will complement your event and I believe, will be more than worth the investment.
