Lew Jacobs is one of the best performers I have had the pleasure of working with. Our library booked him to perform at a community event last year celebrating the life of Dr Martin Luther King Jr and Lew's performance was so impactful that people asked that we book him again for this year's event! Lew has an beautiful, compelling voice that draws in the audience and helps them feel that they are experiencing something truly special. In addition to this,Lew was not only communicative, professional and punctual, but he graciously allowed us to use some of his equipment to prevent feedback issues during the program. He is highly recommended for your next event!

Lew Jacobs performed for our library's community event celebrating the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his song set was a highlight of the afternoon. Many of our clients were thrilled with his song selection and TALENT in performing guitar and vocals! He helped make our community event special and memorable. From a professional standpoint, he was responsive to inquiries, prompt and thorough (arriving early to check in and set up). He also was gracious in letting us use his mic when the feedback between the two mics were creating problems. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a performer for a special event!

We had Lew play for our party last night and we could not be happier. He arrived early to set and do the sound check, and then he played for over 3 hours. Our guests were delighted; his voice and acoustics are wonderful. I highly recommmend Lew and will use him again!

Lew was AMAZING! First off he was very professional and thorough. We corresponded via email once the wedding date was approaching we spoke via phone. He came to the ceremony space early and set up before my guest arrived. He was easy to work with and did an amazing job. My guest were impressed and loved the music he played! Lew is amazing! I'm so happy I found him on here to perform at our wedding ceremony & cocktail hour in Mendocino. He was so warm and thoughtful from the very beginning all the way to the end. My husband and I really wanted the song Marry Me by Train to walk down the aisle to and Lew had no problem learning it for us. He even sent us a sample after a few weeks to make sure we liked it. It turned out beautiful. I even asked for a recording of his version because it is better than the original! All of our guests were blown away by his voice and performance during the evening and everyone commented on how much they loved his music! I would definitely recommend Lew !

Lew is the utmost professional and everyone absolutely loved him. I planned a complicated surprise marriage proposal and Lew was hired as the singer. He actually showed up at the rehearsal (in the rain!) to make sure of what his part was. We chose 3 songs for the beginning of the proposal and Lew sang them perfectly...so well that all the girls started crying. If I had to choose 3 things we all liked about Lew, it would be his professionalism, his voice, and his entertaining presence. If anyone is looking for a singer/performer for a special event, Lew is your man. I would rehire him or refer him in a hearbeat. "Thanks Lew for making our special day very special".

We hired Lew for my wedding to perform a song as part of my vows to my husband, and he also did the father/daughter/son/mother dance live. He did amazing! He was very easy to work with. I planned my entire wedding from another state, so I mostly communicated with him via email and some texts. Basically it was completely easy to work with him. His voice is amazing and his personality is warming and charming. He is a good person. To get a feel of his voice check him out on YouTube. Also, if you want him to sing specific songs, make it clear so he has enough time to rehearse them; we did and it turned out amazing. In short, we enjoyed having Lew very much!
