Meet Julien Xuereb, a French guitarist and singer currently residing in Washington, DC. Julien honed his musical skills at the prestigious Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University after having studied at the Conservatory of Grenoble. He has extensive experience performing for senior residents in retirement communities and specializes in corporate events. Julien has had the pleasure of performing for esteemed clients such as Google, Amazon, Kaiser Permanente, The Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture, among others. Julien's versatility shines as he tailors his musical style for each performance, whether it involves singing traditional French chansons, rendering American standards, or creating captivating instrumental music. Furthermore, he has released two albums of original compositions, “Introspection” and “Musical Vibes.” The first album features solo classical guitar, whereas the second incorporates vocals (in French and English), and a full band. Beyond his musical pursuits, Julien is an active mentor and educator in the DC area. Offering private guitar lessons in both French and English, he welcomes students in Georgetown and Adams Morgan.
