Joe Tackett One Man Band from Lake Orion, MI

I, Joe Tackett, have been performing live music for more than 35 years. I have performed with National touring bands, Duos and as a single act. With the Single, or Duo act, I also use MIDI computer backing tracks about 1/3rd of the time (this allows me to sound like a band, while also having the capability to keep the volume as low as needed, per venue. I play Pop Music hits from the 50s through the 80s. When desired, I can add more members (guitar, keys, percussion-with vocal harmonies) for larger events. The bulk of my music will be familiar to the Baby-Boomer generation. Newer songs can be learned when specifically requested (as long as I can find a recording of the song on the Internet, or emailed to me via the client.) When requested, I can also engage the audience and draw them into the show. I work closely with all clients, to identify the genres, and specific songs that they would like to hear, and I am willing to learn songs that are not yet in my repertoire.
