In addition to original songs, this acoustic duo plays an eclectic yet familiar mix of popular music. Our song list spans the '50s through today by dozens of artists, from Adele to Warren Zevon. Those Guys have been performing around the Puget Sound at festivals, wineries, private parties and more since 2006. John (singer/songwriter/guitarist) and Kristi (singer/percussionist) have also been in several bands throughout the West Coast. Our professional experience, attitude and equipment will help ensure an unforgettable event for you and your guests. John is a skillful and entertaining guitarist. His playing evolved from freestyle jams while touring with a three-piece power-pop group and from studying acclaimed pop/rock guitarists. He began performing his own compositions as a solo acoustic artist in 2003. Kristi was drawn to harmonies as a child and went on to perform with choral groups around the country, singing at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and touring Spain and Portugal, before transitioning to cover and tribute bands. Her voice is often compared to Linda Ronstadt's.
