So smooth.” — Deke Sharon (music producer for Pitch Perfect, The Sing-Off, and Disney new a cappella group Dcappella) TBD a cappella is an AWARD WINNING (2021 CARA Award - Best Semi-Professional Album) men's a cappella group in the style of Pitch Perfect, Straight No Chaser, Rockapella, and Pentatonix performing music from many decades including artists like James Taylor, Shawn Mendes, OneRepublic, Jason Mraz, Sara Bareilles, The Eagles, The Black Crowes, Charlie Puth, Billy Joel, Michael Buble, songs from musicals like Dear Evan Hansen, and many more. The group consists of 5-6 guys from age 21-45 who sing and beatbox their way through an entertaining show where the audience gets to create their name for the day as it's always to be determined! Unique audience interaction complete with a group theme song that is sure to captivate and engage audiences of all ages. The group performs full length concerts, smaller events, and school assemblies/workshops throughout the metro Detroit area and beyond. They released their first award-winning album "The Answer's 42" in March of 2020 and have opened for the internationally acclaimed vocal group, The Swingles. Their album can be found on all streaming services. We look forward to working with you!
