He then signed with Country Roads Records out of West Virginia and his single "For a Song" was released and did very well on the indie charts. "For a Song" was written by Steve and co-produced by Grammy winner Rick Iantosca at the House of Music in West Orange, N.J. where Kool and the Gang, George Benson and the Four Seasons have also recorded many hits with Iantosca's help.
