I perform through-out the midwest as an acoustic guitarist/vocalist. My extremely extensive & eclectic repertoire ranges from folk music (from days as at the Old Town School of Folk Music), jazz/blues standards from the 20s & 30s (George Gershwin, Cole Porter), oldies from the 50s (Buddy Holly, Elvis, Everly's), and singer-song writers from the 60s and 70s (Beatles, James Taylor, Van Morrison, Joni Mitchell, etc) and more contemporary artists (Springsteen, Sting, Mellencamp & Petty)… songs that all age groups will enjoy. I have perform regularly for SENIOR PROGRAMS, private parties, house concert, , gallery openings, wine tastings or any other event where solo acoustic guitar and voice would add that special touch. I can also be booked as part of an ACOUSTIC TRIO. Collectively we play acoustic guitars, mandolin, slide guitar, , harmonica and have 3 part harmonies. Our extensive repertoire covers the deep roots of country, blues and bluegrass, known as “Americana". It reflects the authentic voices and music of our country and ranges from the early jug band tunes of Gus Cannon, the country blues of Mississippi John Hurt, Big Bill Broonzy, Taj Mahal and Keb Mo’, the bluegrass of Doc Watson, Jerry Garcia & David Grisman, the country of Hank Williams, Buck Owens and Johnny Cash to new arrangements of from contemporary composers like Bob Dylan, CSN, Bruce Springsteen, Jayhawks, Grateful Dead and The Band, we take our audiences on a musical adventure that spans nearly 100 years of American music.
