Build your survival kit Each school year can present new and unique challenges. During this session we will create our own school year survival kit. This kit will include self-care steps and strategies we can implement to ensure we are taking care of ourselves. Taking care of ourselves is a key element in us serving our own world with the best possible version of ourselves. My Role as a Leader Leaders carry a very heavy load in our organizations. This can be taxing and at times exhausting. During this workshop or keynote we will help our leaders lean into the amazing privilege it is to lead others. Staff members will come away inspired to lead their teams with an infectious passion that will influence organizational culture. Staff wellness for school leaders With the meteoric rise in mental health challenges with our students this has forever changed our role as educators. This increased burden has increased the need for an awareness of our staff mental health. This session will focus on the mental wellness and overall well being of the participants as well as their staff. We will look at individual routines as well as school-wide processes to build these capacities among our staff as a whole. Each group and their goals are different and Joshua has knack for taking the goals of the event/training and shaping it to fit exactly what the event planner is looking for as well a what the team needs.
