I could not have asked for a better harpist than Heather. She was patient and helpful in answering my questions and insuring the desired songs would be played in the desired order. She arrived early and thoughtfully called just to make sure her earlier arrival wouldn't spoil the surprise (it didn't). She was beautifully dressed and made a wonderful impression. She played magnificently and took the time to personally wish the "birthday girl" a happy birthday. She played her beautiful harp so well, it brought tears to party attendees' eyes. Aunt Miriam said it was the best birthday gift she has ever received. Thank you so much, Heather - you are simply the best!

Heather was fantastic at our wedding! The guests all loved her and so did we. She plays beautifully and was incredibly accommodating for what I wanted played and when. She was such an easy pleasure to work with and I would suggest her for anyones wedding or celebration. Thank you so much Heather!!!

Heather was very easy to communicate with during the planning process. She was prompt with emails and things went very smoothly during our personal meeting. She arrived to our ceremony with enough time to set up and played everything we requested. We had compliments all night about the ceremony music. Thank you Heather!

Heather Donovan was hired to perform at my Mother-laws funeral. She played with a high level of emotion for the event. The volume was perfect, so peaceful and soothing to the heart and mind. All that were present concur that harpist sound waves were controlled so wonderfully. From start to finish she demonstrated good communication skills and people skills. She was also punctual and very professional. I highly recommend her as a Harpist, she was awesome.

Heather was VERY professional. She arrived early, which allowed for set up and rehearsing with the vocalist. I would recommend her to other persons as her look, talent, and professional demenor will give your event the elegance you're looking for when hiring a Harpist. Plus she is centrally located in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

this is the second year we have used Heather. She has come prepared and has been a great compliment to the Christmas Eve Service. She was willing to go the extra mile in playing for one of our songs in the service. Would recommend.

Very professional, on time, very nice to work with. The music was difficult for her and I would have liked more rehearsal time with her. Overall very good.

I would like to thank Nathan for the review but would like future clients to know that he gave me the music that week so I had very little time to learn it and only one day to rehearse with the orchestra before the performance. I generally have more time with client requests and prefer to have my pieces learned well in advanced as I usually do.

She played well but we were expecting a two hour performance and she left after one hour without saying a word to us. We were not able to print out the contract she emailed us (in jpeg format) and I think she just assumed it was our problem and didn't send the contract in an alternate form like Word or Adobe pdf. So we never had a signed contract. We did not feel as though we got our money's worth. We would not recommend her.

My quote to William was for the wedding ceremony and it specifically listed what was covered. I told him in the quote that it covered pre ceremonial music, the processional, music during the ceremony, the recessional and postlude. It didn't include the reception. It seems like it was a misunderstanding on both parts. I left after the postlude and congratulated them. If he thought I was leaving early, he should have confronted me when I said goodbye to them. I played for an hour and half since the wedding did not start on time. Anyway, I was hired last minute and emailed to try to get more information but because it was so close to the wedding, I guess they had

Heather was perfect for our wedding celebration, and even learned a special requested song within a week! I did not expect that she would be willing to do that. Even though the ceremony went longer than we thought and she was sitting there for a while, not playing, I appreciated her presence and the atmosphere she contributed to. I highly recommend Heather for your next event!!
