Charles from Heatwave Entertainment was awesome. He knew how to pace the wedding reception well and got everyone dancing. He was also a really great Emcee.

I dealt with Charles at Heatwave Entertainment. He was extremely professional, organized, and honest. He handled the special requests for our Sweet 16 perfectly. He kept the party going, but did not draw attention to himself. He and his assistant arrived on time, set up, and did a great job throughout the event.

Charles from Heatwave Entertainment is awesome! He took care of every request and kept everyone on the dance floor. Everyone at our wedding loved the music and had a great time. I would recommend Charles to anyone for their special events!

While I thought the DJ was good and the younger kids especially had a great time, my son and my husband said he did not play the music they requested. They spent hours selecting very specific songs and music genre and they said he did not play them. Also, the DJ said that there would be a helper with him and he was alone so it took him longer to set up and break down his equipment and he was not able to take breaks while keeping the music going.

I would like to clarify a few things and set the record straight. We played a good percentage of the songs of an EXTENSIVE LIST OF 68 songs that were picked that we had time for. What she is not mentioning is that there was about 2 1/2 hours of Karaoke, so playing all of these selections would have been impossible. I wanted to play more music that they requested, but they told me to continue with the karaoke. The Gigmasters quote and the package was for "1 performer" so she was never guaranteed an assistant. I mentioned that I "might have an assistant" but this is up to my discretion. She got a highly discounted rate, and it was a small backyard party, so I decid

This was the first time I ever hired a dj, I can't compare to another but he was great the music kept playing , took requests when asked. Price was right! Would definitely use this company again!
