Performing a mix of evocative Celtic songs, timeless Americana/folk, and popular covers, Lindsay Straw has performed throughout the US and Ireland, playing everything from folk festivals and house concerts to weddings and farmers markets. Accompanying her voice with intricate guitar and Irish bouzouki, she is a Berklee-trained performer with over a decade's experience playing solo and in a variety of ensemble settings. Lindsay performs in concert settings as well as frequently for private events like wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, parties, and more. She also has a special one-hour program for seniors that features beloved classic country and pop songs, Irish sing-alongs for the St. Paddy's season, and holiday classics for December. Lindsay is available to play solo as well as with her bands The Ivy Leaf (traditional Irish and folk), Landline Revival (newgrass/country), or in smaller ensembles with fiddle, uilleann pipes, flute, accordion, and more. NOTE: During the pandemic I moved to Nashville and worked in the boutique guitar retail industry for a few years, hence the gap in recent bookings and reviews! As of April 2024 I'm back in Boston and ready to book throughout New England.
